Refund and Return Policy
At Predhabi, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of customized products, our refund and return policy is outlined below:
Customized (Made-to-Order) Products
No Refunds or Returns for customized products (including personalized baby rompers, t-shirts, and other made-to-order items).
Important: Please ensure that the correct name, size, and design details are provided when placing your order. Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Replacement for Manufacturing Defects Only: If there is a manufacturing defect with a customized product, we will gladly replace it (not refund it).
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The issue will be investigated thoroughly by our team before proceeding with the replacement.
- Unboxing Video: We kindly request customers to provide an unboxing video, if possible, as this helps us verify the issue quickly and process the replacement more efficiently.
Non-Customized Products:
For non-customized products, if you're not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
